A stay with some minor inconveniences

The location was PERFECT. I could easily walk to many local attractions. Public transport was literally on the doorstep of the hotel, it was so convenient. Restaurants were also in abundance very close to the hotel.
The room cleaning only happened every three days. This seemed a cost-saving measure disguised as environmental concern. I needed to get new towels from reception when I needed them. The iron was in terrible condition. It left black marks on clothes.

The kitchenette included a W/D unit. The room was spacious and well lit as it was a corner room. A supermarket across the street, along with the kitchenette, allowed us to have coffee in the room and leisurely pajama-clad mornings. I loved the pit in the lobby. It has architectural ruins in it. The glass roof is also the floor one walks over to see the ruins. I also loved being on Museum Island. Many of the major museums were a very short walk away.
The mattress was somewhat worn, exhibiting a slight rut like depression, which slightly impacted overall comfort.

Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The team assisted with directions and provided useful information regarding local attractions. They always greeted me with a smile and offered prompt assistance.

The breakfast buffet offered numerous choices. Even people who do not eat meat found several options. I appreciated the variety of fresh bread, fruit, and cereals offered each morning. The dining area was clean and well maintained.

My room was large with big windows so it had a lot of light. The mini kitchen plus a large dressing area separated it from the sleeping area. The bed was very comfortable with memory foam.

wonderful central stay

I loved the spacious room. It was bigger than i expected. the location was also convenient. a bus stop was just in front of the building, and the train station was about a ten-minute walk away. the little kitchen was a nice touch (it was well equipped in case i wanted a quick meal).
The windows did not open. I had no access to fresh air. this meant i had a terrible two nights of sleep. there was also no replenishing of tea and coffee on the second morning, so there was nothing warm for me to drink when checking out before my trip back home.

The hotel's proximity to major attractions like museum island made sightseeing easy, it only took short walks. the hotel also has public transport available. The alexanderplatz is only in walking distance.

the hotel location is convenient. it is close to museums and alexanderplatz. i found the bathroom to have a large shower. the bed was good to sleep in.
i was told that the room would not be serviced of three nights. i have never stayed in a hotel where the room is not serviced. there was no replenishment of coffee or water.

surprisingly good location

i found location handy with a super-market just across road, it was also convenient for transportation. staff were friendly, this meant i was able to find out useful information, fast. i was charmed by good price value balance that allowed me to spend more on food.
it is true bathroom had structural defects. water spread across the entire floor, i did need to clean it. i think that provision of cleaning supplies would be a nice addition .
